Your Impact as an LPN:
- Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
- Administer medications and nursing interventions per care plans
- Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes
- Supervise CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting
- Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care
What We’re looking for:
- LPN with a valid license in the state of Louisiana
- IV Certified
- Passionate about senior care
- Committed to quality care and teamwork
- Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent computer skills and able to use EHR and MS Outlook

Compensation: $27.00 per hour
